TYREXPO UK to launch at NEC

The UK event becomes the fifth event in the Tyrexpo series, which includes; Tyrexpo Asia, Tyrexpo India and Tyrexpo Africa. The newest edition is set to be the UK’s only independent one-stop business platform that brings together buyers and sellers of tyres, automotive repair and maintenance, and tyre accessories from across the UK as well as over 12 international locations.

The NEC’s location in the heart of the country and its fantastic connectivity by road, rail and air will ensure that the new event is able to attract a national audience.

Eileen Hair, Project Director of the Tyrexpo Series, said: “Our aim is for this show to become the United Kingdom’s principal one-stop marketplace for buyers and sellers of tyres, automotive repair and maintenance equipment and tyre accessories looking to do business in the UK to meet. We believe that we have chosen the right venue to help achieve this. The NEC’s central location plus the addition of Resorts World now open on the NEC site, allows our visitors and exhibitors attending both days of the event to continue networking and socialising into the evening, which will have a positive impact on the success of the show, particularly in the eyes of our exhibitors.”

The NEC has a strong reputation in the automotive industry having hosted a long list of public and trade exhibitions targeted at this sector, including; Classic Car Show, Performance Car Show, Autosport, and Commercial Vehicle Show.
