EFIA UK Ltd, the European Flexographic Industry Association held its annual Gala Dinner and Print Awards at the Vox, situated in Resorts World Birmingham, in March 2016 and were so impressed with the new conference centre have secured their 2017 awards at the venue.

Following the success of the event Debbie Waldron-Hoines, EFIA UK Ltd Executive Director, said, “We were absolutely delighted with the location and interior design of the facility, with ample space for our drinks reception in the foyer, as well as dinner for 500 guests. The food, service and environment were outstanding.”

“The Vox staff were a pleasure to work with. We were not made to feel like ‘just another event’ at the site which is what we see at many conference facilities and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful at all times. The feedback we have had on the evening has been tremendous with members and suppliers all wanting the Association to return in 2017.”

“Well done to the Vox team for outstanding customer service and support. We will be back!”

We are still a new conference centre having only opened in September 2015 but our top class facilities are fast becoming established within the industry. We have already seen almost 50% of our clients rebooking at the venue and this is set to continue to rise.”

“Clients that come to the Vox not only experience the state-of-the-art venue with award-winning food, but can offer their delegates a unique offer event as we are the only conference centre in Europe to sit within an integrated, 24/7 leisure complex.
