Kleeneze returns to the ICC Birmingham for its annual conference

Leading network marketing business Kleeneze is returning to the International Conference Centre (ICC) Birmingham next month to host its annual Summer Showcase 2015.

With a huge network of distributors from across the UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI) there were two key prerequisites that needed to be met when it came to choosing the host venue for its annual conference; location and digital offering.

Location of the venue was paramount as it needs to be easily-accessible for the 2,000 Kleeneze distributors that will attend the conference from across the UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI), and with thousands of other distributors unable to attend, Kleeneze also needs the ability to live stream the event.

Emma Davis, Kleeneze corporate event manager said: “We’ve hosted events at the ICC Birmingham since 2010 and this is our second of three annual conferences. We chose the ICC because of its central location, making it easily accessible for our delegates using all modes of transport, which is exactly what we need when we have delegates from across the UK and ROI arriving by plane, train and automobile.

“As well as thousands that do attend we inevitably have thousands who can’t, so although there is no replacement for attending an event in person, live streaming combined with delegate and speaker interviews and interactive messaging provides a great opportunity to take part in the conference. We also keep the event live for a few months after the event, so that our distributors can refresh their memory from training sessions.

“The facilities and digital offering meet our needs perfectly and the event team and onsite personnel offer a fantastic service with a ‘can do attitude’ which helps us run a successful event smoothly.”

To ensure Kleeneze’s digital needs are met the ICC’s technical team work in partnership with the organisers to set up the 14m² media wall, which will display dynamic brand content at the registration desks, and to set up the hybrid solution to live stream the conference to an additional 2,000 delegates.

The conference will include company updates, training seminars, the launch of new catalogues and the reveal of next year’s autumn destination reward.

James Elston, sales director at the ICC, said: “We believe in the power of face to face experiences and as a venue we want our clients’ events to grow. We help achieve this mutual aim in two ways; through the ICC’s location in the heart of the UK - which offers unrivalled connectivity by road, rail and air, and via our hybrid TV platform which enables our clients to live stream their events to tens of thousands of people. Kleeneze are on top of the conferencing game as they’re utilising our technology to connect and engage with as many of their delegates as possible, which in turn will see their events grow year on year. We’re looking forward to welcoming them back next month and working with them again in 2016.”
