NEC Group has been recognised as one of the UK’s leading independent companies in the latest Sunday Times Top Track 250 league table, sponsored by Grant Thornton and Lloyds Banking Group.
Compiled by the Oxford-based research and networking events company Fast Track, the annual table ranks Britain's top performing private firms and entrepreneurs by sales, with required growth in profit or sales.
Paul Thandi, NEC Group chief executive said:
“This ranking recognises that our strategy of using data and insight to deliver better investments into the customer experience is translating into both our financial results and team performance across the group. We will continue our focus on delivering more than 750 outstanding live events and experiences each year including BBC Good Food Show and Crufts.
“Top Track 250 companies are an important engine of the UK economy. These companies are predominantly privately owned and must employ measured risk and investments to ensure they remain market relevant. They are resourced with great people who have the right skills to deliver market-leading products and services. It’s a prestigious club to be in.”
