Greenhous West Mid Showground

Set in Shrewsbury, the popular 53-acre showground hosts the annual Shropshire County Agricultural & Horse Show, the West Midlands Bonfire and Fireworks Extravaganza and attracts over 100,000 visitors each year. 

The decision to appoint The Ticket Factory follows a review of the Showground’s operations and a desire to grow based on an enhanced service for visitors and organisers alike.

The new contract allows The Ticket Factory to use their national expertise at a local level, providing the West Mid Showground with a comprehensive service encompassing account management, marketing support and a full box office operation.  A bespoke, fully responsive, white label ticketing journey will be created for the Showground allowing customers to purchase tickets seamlessly from any device.

As one of the UK’s leading ticketing agents, The Ticket Factory has a proven track record of ticketing some of the UK’s most high profile events including the   RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Royal Windsor Horse Show, Cornbury Festival and a number of UK Festivals.
