We have our own ticketing agency - The Ticket Factory - offering the customer service ethos, experience and authority of more than 25 years as the UK's most successful venue box office. We've invested heavily in leading-edge technology to meet the demands of the biggest event releases and make the ticket-buying journey fast, simple and fun.

Data & Insight
Our business is powered by the insight we draw from customer data. We have a database of over five million customers and prospects and a sophisticated CRM system that enables us to apply our best in category customer segmentation methodology. That helps us target and tailor our customer communication and work with event organisers to develop existing shows and launch new ones.
We send over 150 million emails to customers each year...

We live daily by our customer experience, whereby feedback is priceless to our teams, management and board. We collect over 100,000 pieces of individual customer feedback every year, all of which we use to feed customer service, capital investment product and customer development.
