At Thai Edge we take great pride in the attractive and inviting
presentation of our dishes as a balancing flavour to add the dining
experience.
Our head chef, Jeensanthia Mit (Taiman) was born in Thailand, a
country where a culinary heritage is blessed with an abundance of
seafood and fresh food from the fields, in a paradise of tropical
fruits. Taiman has worked for many years in leading restaurants
in Thialand before he was asked to join a famous Thai restaurant
in Hong Kong, the Wong Chun Chun in Kowloon, latterly becoming a
consultant to many leading Thai restaurants in Hong Kong.
He brings to Thai Edge the recipes and techniques perfected during
years of experience to create an authentic Thai taste.
