The second of the International Special Events Society’s (ISES) regional networking events, to be held in Birmingham, will be hosted by the NEC on Tuesday May 29th.

ISES brings together creative event industry professionals and provides an inspiring platform for the best practitioners toconnect. The event in Birmingham will include a speaker from the NEC as well as a social media guest speaker who will deliver a mini masterclass demonstrating how social media can benefit the creative events industry.

“Having recently become ISES members we’re delighted to be hosting this event for them,” said Louise Hankinson, Conference Account Manager at the NEC.

Louise continued: “We play host to more than 400 live events a year, from small meetings through to large scale people events and product launches for the likes of Toyota, Severn Trent, Sainsburys, BSKYB, Neal’s Yard, and Range Rover Evoque.

“As the capital of live we pride ourselves as being the place where brands are born, products are launched and networks are made and grown, so this is perfect partnership and we’re very much looking forward to welcoming the society and its members.”

Jonathan Byrne, COO of Royal Aeronautical Society and ISES President adds: “After the success of our first event in Birmingham, we are looking forward to returning for our next event this month and continuing to deliver great content to the region.”

“We are also delighted to welcome the NEC to the ISES and look forward to connecting them with our wider membership to network, share best practice and be inspired by the rich creativity that exists in our membership.”

The ISESTalks event is free to attend and is taking place on Tuesday May 29th at the NEC in Piazza Suite 4, from 6pm to 9pm. To attend all you need to do is email Katie@offtowork.co.uk to reserve your place.
