for them to come if they are in need of support or advice.
Care First
All employees are entitled to use the free, confidential
counselling and advice line - this can support with personal or
emotional difficulties, and offer financial or legal advice
24/7
Respect At Work
In order to make sure that all of our people are able to raise
issues should they feel uncomfortable with how they are treated by
a colleague, we have a specific policy, and a panel of trained
colleagues who can hear issues, offer advice and if appropriate
make recommendations to address this issues.
Chaplaincy
A service for both staff and customers, our fantastic multi faith
chaplaincy team 'the chaps' as we call them, are a friendly group
of individuals who can provide support from a faith perspective -
or just quiet space, and a friendly ear if that is what's needed.
Our people get a lot of comfort from this team and their non
judgmental approach.
