Job Description
To deliver a diligent and professional Security service working across key venue’s within The NEC Group. Playing a critical part in Security operation during Exhibitions at the NEC, Concerts at the LG Arena/NIA and Conferences and Corporate Events at the ICC. Applicants must be age 18+ and possess an active Door Supervisor badge. Working from 5 PM to Midnight when required, as to meet business needs. You will provide excellent customer service to visitors attending shows and exhibitions, exuding authority and charm, giving information and acting as a visual deterrent whilst ensuring the safety of exhibitors and visitors. You must be physically fit as the role involves a good deal of standing and walking. You must have customer facing experience, excellent verbal communication skills and be able to provide a fully checkable 5-year history. Weekend availability extremely desirable with candidates required to adopt a flexible approach towards working. Activity peaks between February-May and September-December with regular additional work throughout year. Committed team players wanted.
