Our catering team have undergone a huge transformation, establishing themselves as a unique selling point for our venues. Innovative approaches to the product and service portfolio, as well as our recruitment and training processes, were key in this period of transition.
It is our continuous investment in our facilities, in research and development and in our people that will enable us to build on every element of our experience to continue to advance and extend our catering product range.
We have 'put food first'. We've tailored a huge variety of meals and menus served across our sites in a variety of eateries - from express outlets to fine dining restaurants - to ensure that, whatever our visitors' preference and appetite, the food they want is never far away, whichever of our venues they are at.
In addition, our own premium event catering company - Amadeus - which, now with over ten years' experience, is one of the UK's premium event suppliers, catering for nationwide events, from fine dining restaurants to public mobile catering at events as diverse as the Barclays Scottish Open and Cirque du Soleil.
Our award-winning bank of chefs and operational staff are on a journey from good to GREAT and on to world class, as can be seen by our recent 23 awards at Salon Culinaire International De Londres and 5 awards at the Wessex Salon Culinaire.
