Anyone bringing a group of visitors to any of The NEC’s exhibitions or events will need to complete essential health and safety information before arriving on site.

We work closely with show organisers with the aim of ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our visitors at all times. The NEC Group takes the safety of its visitors and staff very seriously, and to ensure the safety of the party concerned the coordinator of the visit will need to complete a risk assessment form in order for the visit to take place. The link below will direct you to a risk assessment form that The NEC has prepared, which can be used as a guideline. The completion of this form or your own company policy form will be sufficient. Please be aware that this will only cover your party in public areas e.g. The Atrium and Piazza of The NEC and NOT within individual shows.
